Unauthorized collection, copying, solicitation, harvesting, redistribution, resale, or use of customer leads obtained through this website is strictly prohibited.

Submission of a quote request does not create a contractual obligation between the customer and Cactus Auto Transport Lead Provider.

All quotes are estimates based on current market conditions, vehicle information provided, route availability, and carrier capacity. Actual transport pricing and scheduling may vary.

Cactus Auto Transport Lead Provider does not guarantee:

• •Vehicle pickup dates
• •Delivery dates
• •Specific transport pricing
• •Successful completion of any transaction
• •Conversion of inquiries into booked shipments

Transport services remain subject to carrier availability, market conditions, weather, mechanical issues, regulatory requirements, and other factors beyond our control.

Cactus Lead Provider Company offers refunds or lead credits only under the following circumstances:

• •The lead contains both an invalid phone number and an invalid email address.
• •The inquiry is not related to auto transport services.
• •The lead was converted by another broker (in case of shared leads).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• •Failure to convert a lead into a sale

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of lead delivery and are subject to verification.

Cactus Lead Provider Company reserves the right to approve, deny, or issue a lead credit in place of a refund at its sole discretion.

Information, pricing data, website content, forms, documents, graphics, trademarks, and customer information may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, or transferred without prior written consent from Cactus Auto Transport Lead Provider.

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cactus Auto Transport Lead Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
